1. CREATE YOUR DESIGNS
The first step of the production process is in your hands. Whether you hire a graphic designer to bring your concepts to life or are a creative wizard yourself, it's important to have high quality artwork in the right format. Once your designs are ready you’ll want to create photo mock ups of your designs on the digital garment to help with sizing and placement. If you need help with creating mock ups, reach out to us.
2. CONTACT JUMPSTART
It's now time to get in contact with our team. We recommend joining our waiting list by submitting an enquiry here, where you will then be assigned a fashion production assistant who will guide you through the production process. You will work with your FPA to select the appropriate materials, fabrics and production techniques and to then discuss quantities and pricing. 3. RECEIVE AND ACCEPT QUOTE
Once you have confirmed your order, a secure invoice will be sent. This can be paid via Paypal, bank transfer, debit/credit card or any other commonly accepted method of payment. Your finances are fully protected under our SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. All orders must be paid upfront. Paypal payments also offer further payment protection.
4. PRODUCTION SAMPLING PROCESS
In order to ensure your garments come out exactly as you expect. We first manufacture a single unit of your product within 6-7 days and send you in-depth photo's, allowing you to make adjustments to the artworks, colours, sizes and placement, before we start on the rest of your order. Photo test prints are sent via dropbox. Please note the sample is part of your total order quantity.
5. FULL GARMENT MANUFACTURING
Once you have approved your test print, it’s time for production. An additional 5 working days are needed (bringing the total production time to 7-12 working days), to fully manufacture your products. If time allows, once production is complete we may be able to send you post production images and videos.
6. PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL
Once your garments have been fully produced, we perform a post production quality control assessment on each and every garment to ensure it meets our production quality requirement. Your FPA ensures your garments are tagged and bagged correctly if you have purchased this option.
7. GARMENT DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the garments being fully produced. We ship all UK orders via NEXT DAY couriers including DPD,DHL and Parcel-force. For shipments going to Europe and abroad, please confirm with your fashion production assistant regarding shipping transit durations.
8. FEEDBACK REQUESTED
Once you’ve received your clothes and sold out your collection, it’s time to place an another order with us. Between this time we want to know how you found your service experience and what we can do to improve. Your fashion production assistant will contact you to allow you to provide this insig
